  10. Hello. Forgive me if this is in the wrong group!

  12. I recently picked up an old Commodore Plus/4 computer, fully working with
  13. power pack and cassete player, for 5ukp. However, although I know
  14. something about most of the old 8 bit machines, I've got a bit of a blind
  15. spot where this one is concerned. I think it came out around late '84 -
  16. 85, but I know nothing else.
  17. What I'd like, if anyone can help, is a sort of overview of the machine.
  18. For instance, I don't know how you load tape software on it. The normal
  19. shift-run/stop method appears to think that there is a disk drive
  20. attached.
  21. Is it compatible with the 64, or only the 16?

  23. Is there an FAQ about the old Commodore 8bits? It would be very, very
  24. helpful. In case you're wondering, I collect old 8bits.
